Woodward County Abstract is proud to get to help out such an amazing community. Woodward County Abstract sent a few of our own to this great event held by the Red Cross called Wrapped in Red. This event was held for a great cause and we were thankful to get the chance to support the organization along with the community.

Hey, if you like to run or maybe just want a good time, you should consider going to the Sweetheart 5k Run at the Walking Trails here in Woodward, OK. This event is a fundraiser for and hosted by the Main Street Program so that they can continue holding fun events for the community. To participate, you can either run on your own for $25 or you can buddy with that special someone or a friend for $40. There will also be fun games and chocolate at the end! Starting February 3, 2017 the Woodward County Event Center volunteer professionals from the dentistry field will start offering free dental care from 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for anyone who needs it. This special event is expected to service about 1,500 to 2,000 people this year. The last day of Mission of Mercy is February 4, 2017. Thank you dentists for helping out the community!
A local woman by the name of Margurette Bowser turned 101 yesterday on September 28, 2016! Margurette has an incredible life story, 101 years of adventure. We hope your birthday was one to remember!
Ever heard of Octoberfest? How about Germanfest?! Germanfest will be coming to Woodward, Oklahoma on October 1. Starting off this fun family event will be a Dachshund Race at Centennial Park at 10:00 a.m. There will be several activities for the children throughout the day as well as food vendors and arts and crafts vendors. There will be live music from various artists. There will also be a pretzel contest, bierox contest, and a streusel contest. Go and join the fun in this Germanfest!!!
On September 8, 2016 the Woodward County Free Fair will kick off at the Woodward County Fairgrounds at 9:30 am with an OHCE exhibits and various special contests. This incredible experience will end on September 10. Throughout those two days really fun events such as livestock showing, special contests, horse shows, and more! Ending with a bang, there will be a free hot dog feeding at noon on September 10! Woodward County Abstract is proud to be in a community with such support for and from the rural community! Go and enjoy the Woodward County Free Fair!
